Black screen

Help! My droids screen just goes black, it has power, and will randomly turn on, I can't even reset it in any way and pulling the battery hasn't helped either..any suggestions?

My Droid 2 dose that too and all I can do is wait a few minutes and hold the power button and it will start back up or the screen will come back up.
