I can't seem to find this utility. Every search leads to a dead end. Does anyone have any info?

Typically I find pages like this:
-[Utiltiy] .902 Bionic PatSaver/ Restore Root Utility Dhacker

The link referenced for the Windows version is a dead-end (no such page). Does anyone have more up to date info?

rsd lite back to 902 then motofail to root
