The Mi MIX was released last week. The big excitement was the inclusion of a bezel-less display which takes up 93% of the front of the phone. The screen looked amazing, but some folks began to argue that one great feature of a bezel is the shock absorption it provides. Depending on the glass if a phone is dropped and lands on its corner or side it is likely to crack no matter how large the bezel is. Just try dropping your Galaxy S7 or Pixel. That being said thanks to the video above we know that bezel-less display are also susceptible to cracking. Go figure!
