Bicycle mount for a Rezound with an extended battery

I'm looking for a bicycle mount that will hold a Rezound with an extended battery. I like the Endomondo bicycle mount but it will not work because the max thickness of a phone for this mount is 15mm, the Rezound is 19mm with the extended battery.

I would like something that would cover the entire phone and keep it dry, plus provide a bit of protection if I take a tumble.

Any help would be appreciated.
