Best Video Chat App

Just wondering what everyone prefers to use for video chat?

Skype and tango are what I use. Tango works very well and will automatically find people from your contacts that are also on tango. Another plus is that it doesn't have to be running to use it. My wife calls for video chat sometimes when our kids are going to bed. It rings in like a normal call then you can turn on the video.

I've been using Google Talk, but I can't figure out how to increase the volume so it sounds like speaker phone.

I have no problem with Skype as long as I am on a fast network.
