Best settings to save battery?

Does anyone have tips on conserving battery power but still being able to get the most out of the droid x? Still want the phone to sync and perfrom to standards.

Use lowest brightness possible, autosync less often, turn of WiFi,gps,bluetooth when not in use. Use WiFi when in a known hotspot.
