Best Replacement Widget for Friendstream/SpeedDial on SenseUI?

I'm really tired of Sense UI on my Incredible and have moved over to LauncherPro after testing out all the other launchers. (ADW is better than LP but force closes waaaay too much.)

Anyway, I really enjoy Friendstream (I only use Facebook though) and the Speed Dial Widget on SenseUI. What do you guys use that work similar to these?

Try "Pure Messenger Widget", it will display email, sms, facebook, etc along with other stuff.

There are some speed dial widgets but I havent tried any of them.

I just started using Pure Messenger Widget, still trying to mess around with it.
