Best program to organize/play/sync music for pc/phone?

What does everyone use to keep their music organized on their pc and sync it to their Droid/sd card? I guess I am looking for all something comparable to iTunes?

DoubleTwist is almost exactly like iTunes in regards to how it syncs music. I prefer Google Music though as you can stream directly to your device and it allows you to listen from the web anytime. Check out DoubleTwist for what you're describing.
