If not Angry Birds, I've been having a blast with Doodle Jump. it's great when killing time when you are in line at the mall or bank.

If you were into Gameboy at all, or if it sounds fun to you - check out GBCoid or Gamboid (Gameboy Color & Gameboy Advance for droid). There is a free and paid version for each in the marketplace, the difference being that you can use savestates with the paid version. Tons and tons of roms available to run for both apps - namely Zelda, Pokemon, Harvest Moon, etc...

I downloaded these awhile ago and haven't needed to do anything else since - there is just so much available that I always have something in my library that suits my mood.
