Best free PSX emulator...

So I know that there isn't any PSX emu in the marketplace anymore, but I was told you could still get em off the net. So which is the best one to get that's free. I really really just wanna be able to play FF VII & VIII and maybe even Metal Gear Solid. So any suggestions?

Also, I heard a couple months ago that sony was gonna actually release a official psx emu for android phones or something like that, what's the news on that?

There is FPse that is still in the market but that is a paid app. The developer constantly updates and is worth the money to me. I know it plays FF VII and VIII but not sure about Metal Gear Solid.

PSX4Droid was one that was pulled, he now offers it for free on his site.
