Best Droid Task and Memo apps to replace Palm Task & Memo apps

Before I convert from my Palm Centro to the HTC Thunderbolt, what are the best Task/To Do and Memo/Note apps which may be similar to the Palm Task and Memo apps? I use my phone a lot for listing tasks and writing & organizing notes. I would appreciate help.

For todo list I use Astrid and sync it with Producteev.

For memos/notes I split it into 2 pieces:

For non-confidential ones I created the notes in Google Docs on my PC. I use the gDocs app to sync them from Google to the Droid.

For confidential ones I use SplashID which I sync over WiFi to SplashID desktop.
