Best/cheapest place to get a Note 4 without a contract

I'm looking to upgrade my son and I. I was waiting for the Note 5 but based on the reviews, we're going to go with Note 4s. I'd like to get them without a contract because my wife's and duaghter's phones are on a different contract cycle and I want to get us synced up so I can shop around for a better plan.

Where is the best place to get two note 4s without a contract? I'm fine going with used or refurbs in good condiiton, but I'm wary buying off of craigslist.
