I really like the official motorola dock. It's easy to use and mounts very sturdily. Just be sure you pick a dock that supports a case if you're using one. the official dock doesn't.

I love the Akron SM423-H Cup Holder Mount. I got mine on Amazon.
But I'd only recommend it if you have a cup holder somewhere on the dash on further up toward the dash on your center console.
