Does this mean that if Samsung makes a foldable phone, Apple will sue them for stealing the idea?

LG is safe... As they said... Their's will flex.. Intentionally.. Wait... What about clam shell devices?? Will apple now file for a patent on devices That fold up on themselves??Does this mean that if Samsung makes a foldable phone, Apple will sue them for stealing the idea?
People who take this seriously, should check themselves in.
Moto should use that as an ad campaign...the new Moto X (Gen 2) looked pretty good in that video.IDK ... The effortless fashion in which it appears this phone bends can't be ignored IMO

Now will this be an issue for the averages persons use? Who knows ... but it's possible some folks will experience some sort of bending. Maybe not as extreme as this, but nonetheless, the phone has proven to bend rather easily.

As of the last bend test video, it was only nine with normal use. It's a small issue now, but I guarantee Apple is taking note.I'd like to know how many phones are actually being bent by normal use. I know they are easier to bend than most phones, but is it something that should keep someone from buying a 6 or 6+ if they like the phone otherwise?
