Bedside Dock not working anymore (on ICS .232)

Hey guys,

I have the basic docking station and the other day I put the phone in it, and then pulled it out fairly quickly, and ever since the 'bed' mode doesn't work anymore. The Work & Music mode work fine. I've tried force stopping the app and clearing data to no avail. Anyone have any experience getting this to work? Is there an apk out there I could re-install to get this to work.

And fyi, I was on .2223 when it first came out and I also had this issue. Thanks for any help!

I think they fixed this issue in .235+

My standard dock works great, love the ICS interface, so much better than GB. Use it every night as my alarm clock and bedside mode is automatic now that i set it as the default.

I'm on .232 rooted using Nova Launcher.

I did do an fdr before installing .232, that might be the difference

My Bionic is now doing the same thing....not working with standard dock. I have been on ICS with 232 for about a month without any issues until the past couple of days.

Did you recently upgrade Google Music? That killed bedside mode on mine. As soon as I installed my backup, it was fine.

My google music is frozen via TiBu, that may be a culprit. Maybe freezing it as a test if rooted?

Edit: Although i had frozen Google Music with TiBu, it appears it unfreezes itself upon reboot. The same occurred with all the other Google apps except Google +
