probably I should add an option to watch all the differents animations.

Make me think that I could add another kick-ass feature in mind for 3.0. So another surprise!

Be assured that I will keep up adding features, that will probably be copied by the competition asap

I've seen the sun, the moon, clouds, snow and rain.
Haven't seen lightning, dunno if it exists. Thunder via vibrate would surprise some too.
Is there a tornado animation? :icon_eek:

I've seen the lightning, it was awesome! lol, I was sad when the storm was over, and BW went back to just clouds...I'm anxiously awaiting another storm

make sure you have forecast opening effects checked in settings, thats most likely what your problem is.

That only makes the animation screen go "boing" (slight bounce effect as it opens) when you first open it. Actual weather animations are the same regardles of that setting.

But if you weather is currently "boring", the animations will be too

I apologize for being a bit confused... but where/how do these animations happen? Do I need 2.1 or a 2.1 ROM because it acts as a live wallpaper? My beautiful widgets weather/flip clock has stationary icons, and this sounds cool.

I would say download bw again and see if its downloading the weather animations at start. so just reinstall it

Pardon me for being a heretic and let me say that I've purchased BW and like the app. But frankly, I don't quite understand the level of "love" and anticipation directed toward it. Am I missing something about an app that basically displays the date, time, and weather conditions? Is it the "skinnable" nature of the app? I'm afraid I just don't get it.

I understand what you're saying, but it can do more than just display. Press the weather and you get 3 days of weather with animation. Touch the date and the calendar comes up. Touch the time and you get the alarm.

Just to add in..Whenever i see Droid Phones most of them have BW on them. IMO, to me it's essential to the Droid look.

...and most of them I see are NAKED!!!

Same here. As I like the color blue, I have the blue naked skin, but I also have the red and green as they are cool too.

Yes the lighting is cool. In the winter it was also neat to watch the snow fall and fill part of the bottom of the screen.

Yes the lighting is cool. In the winter it was also neat to watch the snow fall and fill part of the bottom of the screen.

Feature request - could we get a widget that looks just like the silent and vibrate that turns on and off the sync function ? Would really be great. I use the power widget at the moment but don't really need the bluetooth or GPS. Thanks. Great app by the way 5 Star rating.

Not only that, but that's adjustable too. You can tell it what you want those items to open when you tap them. I like the forecast/calendar/alarm clock configurations. But you're not stuck with that. You could have the weather open your fart application if you wanted. :motdroidvert:

Love BW, and had a ton of fun making some skins for it. If I ever get of dissertation hell, I hope to add a few more...until then, I'm looking forward to the update.

Was the surpise the option to select a specific app for clock, 3day forecast etc? If it is, I love the fact that I can now click on the 3day forecast and weather bug pops up and gives me more detail on the weather. Beautiful Widget is the shytt

And knowing Tama...worth every second of the wait. I originally bought the "other" widget because it looked like the HTC one...but when the new version of BW came out...it was on like Donkey Kong...I love BW and the widgets. The cost is so worth it.
