Battery Manager?

Anyway to get the stock battery manager back? Or anyone know of a way to just d/l it? This worked very well for me when I would be at work for 12+ hrs, now i just find myself putting it in Airplane mode to save batter which really isn't what I'm looking for.

I found it in the Fission Rom Manager and did a download/install. It worked but the only thing is that it disabled the theme in the settings menu.
