Battery manager not wotking

As the title says my battery manager stopped working. When I open it I get an error message "the process com.android.settings has stopped unexpectidly"
I have tried rebooting to no avail. Also I can not locate it in aplications either. I am rooted on 2.2 ota.

Ah hell Abe that's not the answer I was looking for lolz. So why would this just start doing this today?

idk but motorola does know about it and is working on a fix.

theres a thousand other threads on this...
