Battery indicator screwed up

For some reason i had like 47 percent battery and i rebooted my phone and when it came back on it said i had one percent and the red light was flashing to charge it.. i even powered off the phone and that didnt help either..i did the battery calibration also.....i am rooted and i have installed the update software that was provided as well
