It can be replaced if you send it in to Motorola. I'm not sure how much it is, but the teardown video of this phone seems pretty intense. I wouldn't try it myself.

What is the problem with the battery? Have you done a factory data reset?

Thanks anyway. My friend phone battery drains off completely only about two hours after it's full charged.

In fact, the Motorola Droid Razr M 4G LTE XT907 Battery is nonremovable. If you want to replace it, you'd better ask expert to help you. Besides, battery drainning quickly doesn't means that it must be the battery issue. You'd better make the issue clear before you replace the battery.
