Battery Drain

Has anyone else had a problem with the battery draining very quickly will on WiFi? It just started happening this week. I can lose 20% in an hour and it is just sitting there not being used.

Thank you for the reply. I had tried that it. For some reason, it has stopped. Now my phone is working fine again.

Sometimes an app gets stuck in refreshing updates so your wifi is used. Restarting clears the cache and stops whatever app was causing the issue.

You can use a battery monitor such as Gsam battery monitor, and it breaks down as to what apps are using the most battery. Just in case for future reference.

That's odd... my S5 will last 12+ hours with constant use on wifi throughout the day. Maybe a bad battery?
