Battery dies early--no 3G signal today in middle GA

I'm guessing that's why my battery dropped to 5% in about 11 hours of use(no phone calls or texts, just emails and browser off and on)? I usually get about 14 hours of 'on' time, again with light usage.

Every time I unlocked my X there were no bars or once in a while, the single, short one. The browser didn't work most of the time either.

Yeah probably it, I noticed my phone dies quicker when I am at home and not connected to wifi cause it is searching for a signal all day for 3g. I have the home extender so no issues with cell service.
