Cables are cheap. There's lots of advice as to what and where to purchase on the forum. There's also lots of advice on how to optimize battery life.

Some people get bad batteries or bad units. If you're only getting 4 hours total, including idle time, maybe you should talk to Verizon and see if you can get a replacement.

I can easily get almost about 30hrs+ with light internet and phone use. The battery on this thing is great! 4 hours is way off so I recommend you get the battery replaced or the unit checked out. Also check to see if you have any unecessary things on like GPS/wifi/bluetooth when you're not using it

Yeah your battery shouldn't last 4 hours. I agree about the cord being way too short..whoevers idea that is needs to be fired. My girlfriend just got the EnV Touch and her charger cord is the same length wtf.

And this is with the droid right, or is it the eris? 4 hours with the droid is still really low, i would suggest talking to a rep about it.

With even heavy heavy usage on my phone that's internet, email, music all at the same time, i still get more then 4 hours.. at that rate i will get around 6-7ish.

I think i've had mine over a week so far, and it's only at like 68% accurate.
