Battery and gps problems!

Ok so I have an issue with my X and am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issues.

When using my gps my phone gets hot (duh) but when it is plugged in and charging in the car... the battery still discharges rather then charge... this is not ok.

So anyone?

I have the same issue. It appears that more power is being used than can be supplied.

My DroidX Thrives on the DarkSlide!!

But I didn't have the problem with froyo I think.

From what I understand if the battery reaches a certain temp it will no longer charge or stop, I have the same issue on my droid
