Baseband Radios

I have two Bionic phones, both are rooted with cyanogenmod. One pone has baseband CDMA_N_05.22.00R LTEDC_U_09.1D.00, the other phone has baseband CDMA_N_05.13.01R LTEDC_U_09.14.00. Is either one of these the latest/best radio? If so where do can I find these files to update the phone, if not what would you recommend and where can I find it. I've searched all over the place and can't find any radio images for the Bionic anywhere on the Internet....
