How about just connecting the phone to the PC and doing a copy + paste? Here are apps to do that, but sometimes the simple way is the best.

I use DropBox. It can be set to copy all pics automatically to the cloud and restrict it to WiFi connected only. Works great.

Google+ will do it. Set to back up on wifi only

Maybe you can ask help from Android mobile manager tool.It can help you transfer, backup & manage data like pictuers on your phone from computer.
