Backup Assistant Plus - annoying popup

If this web-browser pops up every time you connect phone to computer via USB, and you want to stop this from occurring:

Right Click on taskbar-icon Motorola Device Manager / When device connects / Check Do nothing (instead of default: Launch Backup Assistant Plus)
