Backing up Miui Rom?

Question... I would like to know the best way to back up Miui. Would it be the Miui stock backup? I use Tibu, but i didn't save it after i created all my folders when I got the last Miui running. It restored my apps, but what do you guys recommend? I know there is a backup pro app or something like that.

Just read on main post where jamezelle said to use Backup Manager... I'm good to go once i reset my folders. I love this ROM!!! and the themes...
