Backup MIUI Music Player?

Is it possible to backup the MIUI music player? I had thought that it would have been backed up with the MIUI backup, but when I flashed the newest ROM my playlists and settings were gone. I would like to start using the MIUI music player but don't want to have to keep recreating my playlists. Any ideas?

No one else has an issue with custom playlists disappearing when they flash a new build?

Titanium back up the music player then restore on new build. Should work
