Back light and bottom keys lit up but screen is black

I can't do anything with my phone, none of the buttons work. I can't turn it off either. The screen is just black but has the back light on. The bottome keys are also lit up. PLEASE HELP

Hold down the power and volume down buttons together for ten seconds to force a reboot.
