There are many threads about this already, I'll give my response however one more time.
Droid does not reset on it's own. If you're having an issue with that then either you are running a task killer or an antivirus. If so remove them.
It may not be just limited to those apps. If you remove those or don't have them installed and continue to have this issue do a factory data reset. Do not reinstall all your apps, some will reinstall anyway just don't reinstall them all. Run the phone for a couple of days. No resets? Then start adding apps (slowly) back into the phone. If restarts begin again you should be able to find the culprit.
If it does restart after a factory data reset then just replace it. It's not normal.
