Automatic Backlight Tweakin Help

I am trying to get the auto backlight tweaks figured out. My question is what are the levels for the sensor in the "edit other levels" at the top of the screen the senson levels, so far I have made note of the following, 10, 33, 333, 1400, 5316 are these preset levels or are they tweakable as well...I have already noticed improvments in my battery life.

Do you know how to use this at all? Because I have just seen it and wondered what the hell i was supposed to do with that.

threw trial & error i am begining to figure out the basics of it....thats why i to was hoping someone who knowz more about it might be able to shed sum light (pun intended) on the topic.
