Its a cool concept, but personally I dont mind the RSD Lite method. Not knocking Wugfresh's work, but it obviously geared at the n00b. RSD Lite is not hard to use at all if you simply follow the directions. I cant count the times I have SBFed. Its only for the DX at this point, not the D2.

WOW! This is huge for me. I couldn't even start my SBF cause RSD lite couldnt find/recognize the file. It was there, just not thru RSD. Stupid.
What a great app idea. I will unbrick my old phone. SWEEET!!!!

This hits me two ways... #1 im glad now it is more acceptable for everyone to unbrick a phone, but

#2 if you couldn't sbf before, then you probably should not have been playing with root files.

Good software build though.

Did you try any of the renaming fixes here, or placing the sbf in the root of the C drive? Chek the SBF threads for more info.

Yes I tried placing it in other place too. And tried everything here and nothing. Now I just bricked my main phone. Edited by moderator.

Wish this app was out for the droid 2 now. Another ins claim. The sbf will not work for me no matter what I do. Someone needed to post an sbf troubleshoot. I'm fukkin pissed and contemplating what I'm gonna do with my phone situation.

It dunno if you posted about this elsewhere but with out details, there's no helping. I really doubt it bricked. If it turns on its not bricked. If it doesn't turn on your battery might be dead. If that's the case buy a charging station and charge the battery then sbf again.
