Audio sync when pausing

Movies that I have put on the droid x play fine until I pause the film. Audio jumps out of sync. Also occurs when I move to a different point in the film. I have tried both the standard video player as well as Double Twist. I use handbrake to re-encode. Has anyone else solved this issue?

Audio sync when pausing/skipping

I've noticed the same problem and haven't found a fix. I just copied some AVI's without re-encoding them and when I tested them initially they worked great, with the audio perfectly in sync. However, when I started skipping around in one of the files and I realized the audio got way out of sync. I was going to encode the files using handbrake but apparently that doesn't fix the problem.

Is this a known issue? Has anyone found an encoding that fixes the problem?
