"audio problem"

When I hit the microphone tab I get a box saying "audio problem". Any help appreciated.

Is this when you hit the microphone button on the search bar or soft keyboard? Or is this in a particular app?

I'd try a simple reboot of the phone first if it's the search/keyboard.
