I'm looking for an audio editor that does more than cut, crop, paste. Specifically it should be able to to convert bit rates, stereo to mono, and file types.
I want to be able to down sample ring tones on my droid, and then bluetooth them to my crappy LG phones. Those phones are limited to 300kB file size.
