I went from having the LG touch VX11000 phone to the thunderbolt, my mom still has the LG, when she sends me video i can hear it but nothing plays, the video that i took form my old phone that's saved on my card taken w/ my old phone will play but with no sound... i'm going to sound like a commerical... "is there an app for that?" is there anything i can do?
