astro backup

I must be simple....I can't figure out how to backup my apps with Astro. Am I missing something. Could someone please just tell me how to do that?

seriously, how did you figure it out? the directory i keep trying to save it to (the default) isn't working. help.

Go into Astro and press the menu button then go to "Tools" and it's the first option named "Application Manager/Backup".
