is it a way to rearrange icons on the main menu screen?

I tried that when I long press it move them to the home screen. I am referring to the screen that shows all the apps

I just tried myself to re-arrange the apps in the drawer. I dont believe you can. Puts them in alphabetical order. I might be wrong tho.
