apps to sd?

No. Moving apps to the sd card requires modifying system files so the operating system knows where to find the apps. Cannot modify these files without rooting.

Astro will let you move the install files to the card to save space. Backup to card, uninstall from phone, reinstall from card. Space freed up. The install files move, the libraries and other files needed to run the app end up on the phone still.

As Beach said, you have to use Cyanogenmod. Look for Rom Manager and Rom Manager Premium in the market (you need both). You then need to load up Cyanogenmod. Make sure you backup your sdcard as it gets wiped. Then, select apps2sd, and it will go through an automatic process of partitioning your sdcard. You're now ready to use apps2sd.
