Apps restored from mybackuppro not showing as installed in market

I put my SD card from my Droid X into my Thunderbolt and used the backup that I made from MyBackupPro to restore my apps. Usually, the market shows them as installed. Now, though, it doesn't show them as installed and I have no way of getting updates. Any suggestions?

Uninstall and reinstall them. Or do a factory data reset and let them restore themselves.

They weren't automatically restoring. They just sat there for like an hour, which is why I resorted to this.
