why aren't some of my apps showing? Like dock car, panel clock, and some others?

Did you hide them in your app drawer? I'm not really sure why the option exists but I've made the mistake an accidentally hid a few of them.
Are they accessible through Settings>applications?

How do u hode and unhide apps and it shows dem in manage apps and wen i search

Are you using another launcher besides factory? Like launcher pro or go launcher?
Also from the titles of the apps they may only be accessible while the phone is car docked

No jus factory n clock and voicemail should be viewable
