Apps not installing on Droid 2 global

The title pretty much says it all. I cannot download many apps off the market or amazon appstore. The error it gives me is "cannot save to USB device or SD card". I have a Droid 2 global that is not rooted at all. This is pretty frustrating. Also many of my alps wont update due to the same problem.

I am having the same problem. Extremely frustrating, I have cleaned out almost everything off my phone, nothing is helping.
