Apps and Screen problems

Hello everyone

I've had the Droid for almost 2 weeks, but lately i will click on an app and another app pops up. THen the screen will go black and it will not turn on and the 4 icons below only light up. My wi-fi doesnt always work. I have taken the phone in two times and they tell me that i have to many apps and i need to delete them. Does anyone else have that problem? Thanks

I suppose to many apps COULD cause an issue...have you tried doing away with some of your lesser used apps?

As for wifi, by default, it goes to sleep when your screen is off, which means it has to wake up and sometimes reconnect. To change the wifi sleep policy...
From the homescreen, press menu
Settings
Wireless
Wifi settings
Once there, press menu again, then advanced.
Next, press wifi sleep policy. Set it to never. This will only negatively impact your battery if wifi signal is weak and/or you leave wifi turned on when not connected to a network, as the phone will use per to texan.
