It's been quite sometime since we have heard anything about the Apple vs. Samsung court trials, which is likely a very good thing. However, that doesn't mean it has completely gone away. In fact, if you remember, the new patent trial between the two companies is set for the early part of 2014. As it stands, it looks like Apple's lawyers are up to their same shenanigans. Apparently, even though Judge Lucy Koh requested both parties "narrow their focus" on the lawsuits, Apple still plans to add the brand new Galaxy S4 to the trial. To be fair, they will be dropping one device in favor of this one. At any rate, here's a quick list of products which both companies claim infringe their patents:

Wow. Samsung releases a new device, Apple adds it to the list .
That's some really innovative thinking on their part. True genius. Awesome example of thinking outside the box. No wonder they're number one in sales units. No wait........

Before releasing all the devices they need to patent all the devices before making any official announcement other wise,If anything resembles the product which the other companies are currently endorsing then they can sue the company with copyrights infringement.

more free advertising for samsung. apple needs to realize that every time samsung is mentioned in same sentence as themselves, it just boost samsung's bottom line through another roof.

look at what apple's previous win did for samsung.
