Apparently T Mobile Versions Are Getting Software Updates. How Do We Save Root On Verizon G3?

Just being preemptive. I used towel root. No recovery, twrp, or custom ROM. Don't want to lose tethering on my udp. Should I go ahead and unroot or will there be a way to side load a version of the update later? How to unroot? Why am I panicking?

Wait until it is released.
Wait to see if root can be regained.
Hopefully bootloader unlock will happen, then this is moot.
Lose root? Install a zip and done.

Freeze system update with titanium backup. Wait until others update and see what they say. But you are on t mobile, I would unlock the bootloader, put in a recovery.

Use uninstall expert and freeze update
