App to Pair/unpair Bluetooth device

Is there an app or short cut to connect / disconnect blue-tooth devices , I have 2 bluetooth devices one is an phone audio and another is an media audio, The issue is for some reason when i have phone audio device and media audio device both paired and connected then the audio out of the media audio is garbled and delayed , as long as I don't disconnect the phone audio.

Not sure if its bug or a hardware limitation , either ways if i could have a 1 click shortcut on home screen to disconnect the phone audio it would solve the issue

I've heard good things about SwitchPro Widget but have not used it myself.
