App to control... Everything?

I read about an app that allows you to basically write scripts that allows you to do things like change wallpaper based on location, change ring tones, hide phone numbers, etc... It has a lot more power than I need but being able to set my phone to automatically mute its ringer when I am close to work, and then turn it back on would be amazing!

Anyone know what this app is called?? I can't seem to find the forum post that discussed it...

I think you're talking about tasker, probably the most powerful app available as far as user control.

Yes!! Thank you I've been searching all day but having trouble as the words I knew to relate to the app are very ambiguous.

If you're going to create location-based contexts then definitely read "Location without tears" on the Tasker site.
