App Sync Issues

I just flashed to UD8 from BB 0.4, and so far I love the ROM itself, but none of my apps are being re-downloaded, and if I try to manually download one from the market, it looks like it's trying to download already, and the only option I have is to "Cancel Download". If I go through with that then try to manually install it, it works. This occurs on both 3G and WiFi, and I am in an area with excellent reception.

Any ideas?

you didnt give it enough time to synch, you answered your own question, it was in the process of synching when you interrupted it.
