App storage

Is it possible to save/run apps on the SD card, or is internal storage required?

Go to Settings, Applications, Manage App. Press one and see if there's an option to Save To Card. If so it can be ran/ saved on the SD card.

Some apps can be stored on the SD card, but not all of them support that feature. Download "App 2 SD" from the market and it will tell you which ones are capable of being transferred and help you quickly and easily do it.

Also, know that any widget associated with an app will not work if the app is stored on the SD card. If you want to use a widget for something, keep the app and widgets in internal memory.

How to you make use of more storage for apps? Mine says 3.5gb free but when I try to install an app it says insufficient storage available...
